Vital Stats: 5’11” and shrinking, slightly balding, very good looking with toned muscular body

Residence: Havre de Grace, MD and Hamilton, VA

Prior Record: Joe was asked to leave Ferrum College in 1974 with an A.S. in Business Administration. (Though he was going for his MBA). He was on the run through the mountains in Southwest Virginia but never got caught until after graduation from Virginia Tech in 1977 with a BS in Business Management. He was ordered to move back home under parents’ custody where he was forced to work instead of running the countryside.

He worked for The Times Journal Company in Springfield, VA as Traffic Manager and, after six years, had to go on the run again and ended up at The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. (BNA) in D.C. under the alias of Delivery Services Manager.

They finally caught on after 20 years and he took retirement in 2005 and escaped to Havre de Grace. Since then he has had run-ins with the Target Corporation in Aberdeen as an Entertainment Specialist.

Suspect Description: Looks older but acts like he’s 12. He’s always looking to have a good time and will talk to anyone. Again, very good looking with striking features. Has been known to travel to Australia, Amsterdam, and Rio de Janeiro on very short notice. During the fall he can be seen traveling down I-81 with Va. Tech Hokies paraphernalia all over his car or to D.C. with a headdress on to support the Redskins.
