Wendy Brown of Green Bay is facing felony charges after she attended cheerleading practices, got a cheerleader’s locker and went to a pool party at the home of the cheerleading coach.

A school employee said that Brown looked a bit old for a student and struggled with high school math. But the scheme didn’t finally unravel until Brown missed classes, leading to a truancy investigation.

If convicted, Brown faces six years in jail and a $10,000 fine.
