Boxing center aims to assist inner city youth

Marvin McDowell has been serving as a father figure for hundreds of inner city youth for more than ten years. McDowell is the founder and President of UMAR Boxing, an organization in Baltimore City that provides afterschool academic tutoring and boxing training for youths ages 6-25.
