Singer Courtney Love has sounded off on Twitter about her former fashion designer, Dawn Simorangkir, calling her a "nasty, lying, hosebag thief” among other things
Love unleashed on a fashion site where Simorangkir sells clothes, saying that the fashion designer was "The nastiest lying worst person I have ever known … evil incarnate, vile horrible lying bitch."
She probably thought Twitter, which is becoming a giant online because of its exponential rise in popularity, would get back at Simorangkir for quitting on her at the last minute.
Simorangkir is currently seeking punitive damages for every tweet that Love twittered. She has argued that it destroyed her reputation and her business. Court papers have also stated that:
"Whether caused by drug-induced psychosis, a warped understanding of reality, or the belief that money and fame allow her to disregard the law, Love has embarked on what is nothing short of an obsessive and delusional crusade to destroy Simorangkir’s reputation and her livelihood."
Simorangkir’s lawyers also say that some of the former Mrs. Kurt Cobain’s tweets were due to her history of substance abuse.
In creative director and advisor on content creations, Chris Matyszczyk’s, blog he pondered:
“Will bankers now tweet dirty words against Brooks Brothers for making their employment obvious in bars? Will advertising executives tweet that Prada makes them look fat? And where will this leave relations between Valley executives and Banana Republic?”
