In it Bealefeld comments on criticism of his department by the city State’s Attorney’s Office of Patricia C. Jessamy (left) for the dismissal of cases when officers haven’t appeared in court to testify.

The State’s Attorney’s Office is holding three Meet the Prosecutors forums “to provide information to the community about the role and work of the State’s Attorney and Assistant State’s Attorneys and an opportunity to meet and ask questions of senior staff members.”
The meetings will “include opportunity for individual dialogue.”

Tuesday, June 2, 5:30-8 p.m.: Eastside District Courthouse, 1400 E. North Ave.
Wednesday, June 3, 5:30-8 p.m.: Hargrove District Courthouse, 700 E. Patapsco Ave.
