An attorney for a Rosedale man accused of killing his missing wife says his client is at home with a monitoring device after posting $50,000 bail.
David Irwin says Dennis Tetso was released Monday from the Baltimore County Detention Center and will be allowed to work until his Nov. 17 trial.
Police arrested Tetso at his job last week and he was later charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, four years after she disappeared on her way to a Motley Crue concert.
Tracey Tetso’s body has not been found and Irwin said Tuesday there’s nothing linking his client to the crime.
