Like millions of motorists, Eric Hanson used a GPS unit in his Chevrolet TrailBlazer to find his way around. He probably didn’t expect that prosecutors would eventually use it too — to help convict him of killing four family members. Campaign helps low-income citizens get stimulus payments

Monday marked the launch of an outreach campaign to help underprivileged citizens apply for economic stimulus payments.
Altogether, 36,000 eligible residents from Baltimore city and county, many of whom are senior citizens or are disabled, have not filed a tax return and therefore have not received a stimulus payment.
