The Pennsylvania attorney general’s office says Cory Ruppersberger, the son of Rep. Oops. Another Baltimore-area prisoner was set loose because of a bookkeeping mistake. Thomas Lee had his prison sentence cut in half because he kept his promise to earn his GED. But according to Circuit Judge John C. A Baltimore man who police say they caught with a bag of drugs in his buttocks has scored a double victory: First prosecutors dropped the case, and now the city has agreed to pay $35,000 for his claim that his rights were violated. Troopers haul sergeant’s foe to jail over poodles’ pooping

A state police sergeant and his wife had a neighbor arrested when she stepped into their Calvert County yard while walking her two dogs. Five gang members shot on West Baltimore street

In another instance of gang-related violence in West Baltimore, five men were shot last month by a pair who jumped out of a car, opened fire, and fled. City police say the victims identified themselves as members of Treetop Piru, which is affiliated with the Bloods gangs. The five men had been walking near Edmondson and Claymont avenues.
